We accept Payfast, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for retail orders placed through the website. Larger, commercial orders are processed offline and require pre-payment via wire transfer, check, or credit card.

What is your condition of the products

The cosmetic condition of each model is noted in the listing. Due to the volume of equipment that is processed through our facility and how quickly our inventory changes, we are simply unable to take photos of each individual unit. Because customers cannot see the actual unit being purchased, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Within seven (7) days of delivery, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned for a refund.

Below are our definitions of the cosmetic conditions:
Good: The equipment has accrued normal wear for its age and may have minor cosmetic defects which do not affect operation.
Excellent: The equipment has accrued very minimal wear for its age and may have slight cosmetic defects, if any.
Mint: The equipment has accrued no wear and has no cosmetic defects.
New – Open Box: The equipment is a current or recent model, in mint condition, and includes all original items from Apple.
New – Factory Sealed: The equipment arrived to us factory sealed in its original packaging and includes all original items from Apple.
Fair: The equipment has accrued more than normal wear for its age or has an operational defect that does not affect affect basic use, as noted in the listing.

Whats in the box?

Notebooks ship with a battery and charger.

Desktops ship with a power cord. A keyboard and mouse can be added from the options in the listing.

All computers ship with the operating system (OS) noted in the listing installed. No OS discs or flash installers are included as we often do not receive these when purchasing equipment to provide when reselling. We encourage you to update to the newest OS that the Mac is compatible with which can downloaded via the Mac App Store. The update is free and doing so will allow the OS to be reinstalled without a disc, should the need arise in the future.

All iPads and iPhones ship with a wall adapter, USB cable, and the iOS noted in the listing installed.

All products have a ninety (90) day hardware warranty. One (1) Year and Two (2) Year extended warranties are available.

How long will my battery last?

The expected battery life on a full charge varies depending on the age and model of the notebook, and is noted in the listing. It is guaranteed under our ninety (90) day hardware warranty. How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within two (2) business days or when passing our security. You will be emailed tracking information when your order ships.

When an item is on backorder a longer duration is expected and you will be constantly updated on progress.

Can I update to the newest OS

Though a majority are, not all models we sell are compatible with the newest operating system (OS). Please visit Apple’s How to Upgradepage for more information. We encourage you to update to the latest OS that the Mac is compatible with via the Mac App Store. The update is free and doing so will allow the OS to be reinstalled without a disc, should the need arise in the future.

If the Mac is not compatible with the newest OS, it may still be compatible with a newer OS than is currently installed. Please visit Apple’s OS X Lion page for more information.

Returns policy

General Information
    • All products have a seven (7) day hassle-free return policy and a ninety (90) day hardware warranty starting the date the product is delivered. Please keep all packaging.

 

    • Customers email a request a return via email.
    • Tickets are answered in the order received, normally within the same business day.

 

Returns
    • If a return is requested due to a hardware failure within seven (7) days of delivery, the customer receives a prepaid shipping label. We issue a full refund upon return and confirmation of the reported failure.

 

    • If a return is requested for any other reason within seven (7) days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We issue a refund less original shipping upon return and inspection.

 

    • Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Alternatively, a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.

 

Standard Warranty
    • If a return is requested due to a hardware failure after seven (7) days, but within ninety (90) days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless an Extended Warranty was purchased. Warranty service options include replacement/repair (based on availability), store credit, or refund. Original shipping will be reimbursed as a store credit only.

 

    • If a return is requested for any other reason after seven (7) days, but within ninety (90) days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is not reimbursed.

 

    • Service is normally completed within three (3) business days of return. Store credits and refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return.

 

Extended Warranty
    • We offer One (1) Year and Two (2) Year Extended Warranties which can be purchased anytime within the ninety (90) day hardware warranty period.

 

    • In the rare event of a hardware failure, the customer receives a prepaid shipping label to return the product for warranty service.

 

    • Service is normally completed within three (3) business days of return.

 

Exclusions
    • Products determined as defective due to physical damage, liquid damage, or power surge are not eligible for return or service.

 

    • Software issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our warranties.

 

    • Third-party diagnostic or repair fees will not be reimbursed.

 

  • Factory sealed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee once opened, if returned.
